Blitza privacy policy

This MVP privacy policy is a fillable template for App Store and Play review preparation. It must be reviewed by qualified privacy and legal counsel before commercial launch.

What data Blitza uses

Blitza processes account contact details, event wallet identifiers, approved seller and device records, wallet balances, payment history, support case records, diagnostics, and payment-provider checkout status needed to run a closed-loop event wallet.

Payment and provider data

Card entry and regulated payment processing happen through the selected payment provider. Blitza does not ask for or store seller bank account holder names, bank names, account numbers, account last-four digits, branch codes, card numbers, CVVs, or freeform payout instructions.

Retention and deletion

Users can start an account deletion request from the public deletion page or in the apps. Some ledger, payment, audit, settlement, dispute, fraud-prevention, tax, and regulatory records may need to be retained or de-identified instead of erased immediately.
