Blitza terms

These MVP terms are a fillable template for review readiness. They are not final customer legal terms and must be approved before commercial launch.

Closed-loop event wallet

Blitza wallet value is scoped to one approved event and can be spent only with sellers approved for that event. It is not open-loop value, transferable value, or a way to buy digital content or app features.

Funding, spending, and refunds

Funding is credited only after verified payment-provider notification or a documented production reviewer-event preload. Return and cancel pages do not credit wallets. Refunds, unused balances, caps, and any inactivity fee posture require final legal and product approval before launch.

Seller acceptance

Sellers see payment success only after the local event authority confirms the transaction. Offline and pending states are expected operating states and may sync after connectivity returns.

Contact Blitza support for account access, payment questions, refund routing, seller setup, or deletion requests. Final production support channels must be filled before submission.
